If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us to make arrangements before returning it. From the date of shipment, you have 28 days to evaluate your purchase. Provided it has not been damaged, used or worn (other than to try on for size) and no labels have been removed, you may return it in its original, undamaged packaging for a full refund, credit note or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will refund shipping charges only if the goods are in some way faulty.
The "online returns policy" differs from our "store purchase returns policy" to allow customers to touch and feel the quality of the goods displayed on this website.
We are happy to exchange or issue store credit for all store items within 28 days of purchase. Goods must be returned unused and in pristine conditions together with the HIghland Store register issued receipt. Only faulty goods are elibible for refunds. However, store purchases can be refunded if appoved by a member of staff at the moment of payment.
