I could hardly believe my good fortune when a package with the exchange cap arrived yesterday from England so soon, You have been absolutely wonderful in your gracious response to my inquiries about the possibility of exchanging the gift of an undersized cap for one that would be a better fit for me! I cannot thank you enough for your graciousness and prompt attention to the matter. I trust that the cap I returned reached you in good shape. Please let me know if and how I might be able to properly compensate Highland Stores for the shipping costs involved.

I do want to express my gratitude to you personally, but I also congratulate Management of the Highland Stores for the exceptional service offered through persons such as you. The cap had its first "outing" last night when the temperature was zero degrees Fahrenheit (32 degrees below freezing!).

Just to let you know that the package arrived safe and sound here in Tabuk today. I'd like to thank you for the extra effort in getting the kilt to Saudi in advance of my function, it is very much appreciated. I must admit I didn't expect the package to get here today after being sent late on Friday.......exceptional customer service.
Everything seems to fit fine and I'm currently scouring Saudi for a black shirt and charcoal tie, which I hope to have sent from Riyadh tonight. It is sometimes difficult to get these things in the land of the 'thobe and gutra'.
I'll stand by for the invoice and I do appreciate there will be additional cost for the additional items and speed of distribution.
I will be more than happy to recommend your company to friends and family, and in fact I'll be placing a further order online to purchase some additional goods shortly. You'll be relieved to know I won't be in as much of a rush this time.

Thank you very much for a quick delivery of my Harris Tweed jacket (brown). I orderd it on tuesday and recieved it on monday. It is very easy to buy from your website. Easy handling in steps 1,2,3... I love the jacket and the fabric!! It is a super quality feeling and it is very comfortable to wear. And the colors.
